Postage & Packing prices for UK mainland are:
£3.00 for a standard delivery of 4-7 working days
£5.00 if a 1-3 working day delivery is required.
Please be aware, deliveries are only made Monday-Friday, therefore the delivery times do not incorporate the weekend.
N.B. It is advisable to select a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery during the day (i.e. work address), as delivery times generally are between 8am-3pm. If no one is present, a calling card will be left for you to contact the relevant depot.
All other postage destinations will be charged according to standard Parcel Force rates.
We will always attempt to dispatch your order within 24-48hrs. If there is any delay in dispatch we will do our best to notify the customer.
Should you wish to exchange an item you will be charged the additional postage charges to send you the exchanged item. EverythingAsics will not charge you postage for an exchanged item that is replacing an item we sent to you by mistake.
All goods sold are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any item without notice. If your item is unavailable, we will endeavour to contact you via phone or your submitted e-mail address. If we do not have a suitable alternative for you, or you choose otherwise, we will refund your credit card.
Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.
Please ring for stock availability.
We can only accept personal cheques from UK residents. Personal Cheques must clear before despatch of goods.
We will not pass on your email address to any other companies.
FREE ITEMS - All goods advertised free are advertised in good faith and usually available. However, they may be subject to availability/change without notice.
CANCELLATION/REFUSED DELIVERIES - If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us by email to: info@everythingasics.com. If your goods have been despatched before we see your email, we will wait for you to return the goods to us for a refund and follow the returned goods procedure. Refused deliveries will incur a delivery postage charge and return charge.
IMPAIRED/DIFFICULT ACCESS - It is the customers responsibility to advise EverythingAsics of any logistical difficulties that may arise when attempting to deliver goods at the time of placing an order. Orders can be delivered by a large vehicle and require access to the point of delivery. If access is impaired at the point of delivery then the same conditions as CANCELLED orders applies.
RETURNS - If you would like to return any item/s (must be within 28 days of receiving the item) for either an exchange or refund, please send the item/s back to us, with a note attached advising ourselves what you would like us to do. Alternatively, you can call us (020 8995 6482) for advice or to let us know what you would like to do next.
DAMAGED GOODS - PLEASE INSPECT GOODS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT AND ADVISE US WITHIN THIS TIME IF GOODS ARE DAMAGED. UNFORTUNATELY OUR CARRIERS CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES REPORTED BEYOND THIS PERIOD OF TIME. EverythingAsics DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT BY A THIRD PARTY.
PRICING ERRORS - If a pricing error has occured we will contact customers as soon as we are aware of this error. We are under no obligation to sell the product at the error price.
Our reduced online prices are not valid for in-shop purchases.
ALL SIZES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE UK SIZES.
